Nahamani Yisrael is the Founder and Digital Branding Specialist at Nahamani.org.  In addition to running her small business Nahamani is an entrepreneurship educator at Greater Cincinnati Microenterprise Initiative, and a branding and mindset coach. Nahamani is deeply involved in the Greater Cincinnati community and uses her problem-solving approach to advocate for causes such as family homelessness, worker ownership and on behalf of at-risk communities that are traditionally disenfranchised.

Nahamani.org employs a team of content creators and website developers that use their collective talents to create immersive digital experiences for their client’s target audience.  As a digital creative agency, Nahamani.org supports businesses across the United States.  Together they help non-profit organizations communicate their value to their key stakeholders using social media marketing, website design and development and public relations coaching.

Simone Cocks is the founder and Chief Experience Officer of Social B. Hospitality Group. As a self-described introvert, she credits events with helping her to find her voice. Simone is a graduate of Mercer University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology she also holds a Master of Science in Organizational Development and Leadership. Through her work with Social B. Hospitality, She utilizes her formal background and understanding of human behavior and organizational systems to oversee conference and event logistics. 

Simone has carved her niche in hospitality by working in tandem with corporations, private and government entities to optimize event experiences that bridge the gap between ROI and experiential impact. This makes Social B. Hospitality one of the few minority lead experiential event and hospitality management companies to intentionally source BIPOC event service vendors and champion for pay transparency and equity for minority vendors in the tourism, hospitality and events space.  In 2021, Simone founded The Noir Collective, a platform aimed at providing a collective voice encouraging BIPOC service businesses to thrive by Identifying key hurdles facing service based creative and hospitality businesses.   

Under Simone's leadership Social B. Hospitality has privately owned and managed four non-traditional event venues while also consulting other service based businesses, venues and hospitality businesses. Through her time spent consulting other event venues and non-traditional event spaces, the operational gaps that exist for non-traditional venue spaces such as Churches, Breweries, Art Galleries and Co-working spaces became evident. In 2023, Simone became the founder of Powered by Confetti, creating an Saas platform and application specifically aimed at assisting non-traditional event space owners in managing the back office and customer engagement interface of their business while also creating a marketplace for non-traditional venue spaces. 

In 2021 Social B. Hospitality was awarded The Business Excellence Award by The Collective Empowerment Group. In 2022, Simone was honored by The Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky African American Chamber as one of two Emerging Leaders. Simone is a graduate of The Urban League's African American Leadership Development Class 29. She has been recognized as Who’s Who in Black Cincinnati’s class of 2023. She is a proud mother of two.

Tammie Renee' Strayhorn, originally born & raised in Cincinnati Ohio is the Owner and CEO of Stylez By Renee', LLC where she utilizes her 18 years of cosmetology and consulting experience to service clients all over the Tri-state area in Hair, Fashion & Lifestyle needs. She has used her talents in the hair & fashion industry to work on movies projects in Hollywood, modeling throughout the Southern regions as well as ambassador for countless brands locally & nationwide. Her endeavors have launched her career in content creation & influencing. She has social media platforms with a combined total of over 75,000K followers. She uses her platform to extend the reach of the business she collaborates with but her ultimate mission is to always encourage, inspire &

motivate women to elevate in their lives. Along with her extensive career in the hair & fashion industry, she is also an educator. Strayhorn is a Leading Men's

Fellowship Coaching Specialist at The Literacy Lab, located inside of CityLink Center. 

Prior to joining The Literacy Lab she has held positions for top educational institutions, positions such as Assistant General Manager, Director & Lead Education Consultant. She holds a Bachelor's Degree is Early Childhood Education from Jackson State University and a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Belhaven University. She is passionate about the forward progression of minorities in the city of Cincinnati and devotes her time to the growth and continuing education of the youth in her community.  

Outside of her career achievements, Strayhorn is an

active member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, where she works as a Committee Member for the Youth Auxiliaries & Undergraduates & serves in her community. 

She also attends & serves at her home church, Bright Star Community Church. She is a public speaker & published writer with a style column titled Style of Life for The Beat Mom Magazine .. Strayhorn is many things to many people but believes her greatest title & accomplishment has been mother, to her 3 sons.

Ella is the Director of Southern Ohio and Greater Cincinnati Women Business Center. She has over 20 years' experience in commercial lending, economic

development, community planning, zoning, and business development. Ella joined the Ohio Economic Development Institute (ECDI) Cincinnati office in 2018

aiding in lending, business development training and education for startups and existing businesses. ECDI is a 501 c3 non-profit economic development organization founded in 2004. ECDI is rank the #1, U.S. SBA intermediary micro-lender and a U.S. Treasury designated Community Development

Financial Institute (CDFI). 

Our mission is to invest in to create measurable and enduring social and change for helping communities by helping entrepreneurs and small achieve access to capital, as well as business education and training.

Prior to joining ECDI, she owned her on financial business consultant business for 5 years and before starting the consult business she was the Director of

Economic Development and Planning/Zoning for 14.5

years.

Shenda is a native of Cincinnati and has over ten years of experience in banking. She has

worked for various fortune five hundred companies such as Citibank, Bank of America, U.S Bank and currently First Financial Bank where she is the Financial Wellness Specialist in the Cincinnati Market. Throughout the years she has obtained a wealth of financial knowledge.

Specializing in retail banking and community relations. Her true passion is working in the inner city of Cincinnati to bring social change and improve the quality of life. She loves working with individual families and whole communities to empower them to identify their assets, needs, opportunities, rights and responsibilities. Shenda is the Vice President of the Roselawn Business Alliance and sits on the board for Community Shares of Greater Cincinnati and the Collective Empowerment Group of Cincinnati. In her free time she loves spending time with her

family and friends and traveling the world.
